McDonald's Lucan

The place was very clean, including the toilets, which were well-maintained and fully stocked with soap and other essentials.

We ordered chips and a burger. The chips were crispy and perfectly salted—much better than what I’ve had at many other McDonald’s branches. The burger was also noticeably better in quality compared to other branches.

The staff were hardworking, fast-paced, and communicated clearly with each other and customers. Overall, a well-run branch with good food and excellent cleanliness.

I have one question Where is the Monopoly promotion?
I'm one ticket away from winning prizes in every category
but McDonald's restaurant is trying to make it difficult for me even though I paid and instead of six tickets I only have two.

I can also add that I see them preparing my food, everything is fine, I just wait, wait and wait, and when I noticed that all my food was ready and I pointed it out to the cashier, I had to wait and wait again, typical rudeness.

Possibly the worst mcdonald's I've visited in a long time. Fries seemed to be from very used oil. Miniscule sauce in the burgers. Dried burger buns, awful. Won't return.
